Hi,
A new American Medical Association study shows cannabis use went up after legalization, but serious misuse went down. Regulators in New York found licensed brands from California which means they were smuggled over state lines. I'm surprised that NY State still hasn't implemented its contracted seed-to-sale platform! That seems like a pretty obvious thing to do. Then again, California has implemented seed-to-sae and things still slip through. A court overturned the Alabama medical cannabis licenses that the state awarded in 2023. It’s been 4 years since medical cannabis was approved and the powers that be in Alabama are still making things difficult for patients. Eventually, the politicians will learn. I mean, I know they are slower than the rest of society but finally they will figure out the benefit of letting patients have access to their legally allowed medicine. ;)
