A Gallup poll shows 54% of Americans drink, the lowest since 2010, and 53% now say even moderate drinking is bad for health compared to 28% in 2015. Mexico sent 26 cartel figures to the U.S. in a deal made during the first Trump administration. I wonder if he’s going to send them to Nicaragua now. ;) The Second Circuit said New York’s cannabis licensing rules shut out out-of-state applicants when giving preference to ex-convicts from New York. They’re saying that social equity goals don’t excuse residency preferences and it might take the Supreme Court to sort things out.
