While Google hasn't changed its policy, Apple has decided to allow licensed dispensaries and delivery apps in the App Store! They did not mention other license holders. We included an article with some marketing channels that do work for cannabis. Medical-legal Oklahoma has 2,000 dispensaries (more than California has) and raised significant tax revenue by making licensing easy and affordable. Pay attention, red states!

We have a mini-documentary and article in the cool finds section, to bring attention to Luke Scarmazzo. He was a family man and California legal dispensary owner who in 2007 made a low-budget rap video where he clowned the feds. They took it personally and raided his store giving him a 21-year sentence much of which has been spent in solitary confinement. While Obama pardoned only his partner and Trump almost pardoned Luke, hopes have turned to the Biden administration which seems receptive. They need to free Luke and give him a dispensary permit along with a record deal. :) We first learned about Luke Scarmazzo when taking classes at Oaksterdam which is also featured below.
