A USA Today poll shows that 2 out of 3 people back Biden’s federal cannabis pardons. We have more analysis about people left out of Biden’s cannabis possession pardon, including those prosecuted at the state level, immigrants, members of the military and those that sold cannabis.

We included a state-by-state breakdown describing where employers can drug test workers for cannabis use.

California’s attorney general touted destroying close to 1 million unlicensed cannabis plants and extending the program to a year-long effort. I just wish that we could do something productive with these plants, like trading cannabis oil with the Middle East for petroleum. That would mean cheap oil for us and more hugs in the Middle East! :)
