Global Cannabis and CBD News Roundup YouTube

Hi,

Governor Newsom has signed a bill allowing cannabis cafes in California, giving licensed dispensaries the green light to serve food and non-alcoholic drinks, and host live events! Meanwhile, the DEA is pushing to increase the production of psychedelics for clinical research to quench federal interest in studying substances like psilocybin for therapeutic use. Kamala Harris recently voiced her support for legalizing cannabis which surpasses Biden's goals. She and Trump both want that cannabis vote. ;) My hunch is that if elected, she will allow the DEA’s existing processes to continue, and it will probably be downgraded to Schedule 3 rather than full legalization.

Best Wishes,
Jessica
