California released the draft of its final regulations to be finalized in January. Regarding white labeling, the BCC says, "Licensees shall not conduct commercial cannabis activities on behalf of, at the request of, or pursuant to a contract with any person that is not licensed under the Act.â (BCC Regulation § 5032(b)) Also, they reduced the value of the amount of goods allowed in a delivery vehicle from 10,000 to 5,000 dollars. There are some other changes but those were the big ones we see. It will be interesting to learn how this affects contract manufacturing.
