While California continues to debate the hemp rules, they have banned CBD in cosmetics along with other products. It doesn't seem that enforcement is a high priority though. We included a brief article explaining the legal debate about Delta 8 and the USPS looks like it's going to allow CBD vape products to be delivered to consumers.
