The anticipation is finally over. In last week’s elections, Florida, North Dakota, and South Dakota voted down adult-use cannabis, Nebraska approved medical cannabis, though they have some legal stuff to work out, and Massachusetts decided against legalizing psychedelics. Dallas, the heart of conservative Texas, decriminalized cannabis possession. Meanwhile, over 50 cities/counties in Kentucky gave the green light for medical cannabis businesses. So while results could have been better, cannabis made gains. :)
