New York City’s failing at its attempt to close thousands of unlicensed cannabis shops, with most of the 2,600 illegal shops operating and a recent win against the city. Voters in Florida and the Dakotas will weigh in on cannabis reform measures in a few days. In Nebraska, a judge has allowed medical cannabis votes to proceed despite ongoing legal drama over ballots. Let’s cross our fingers for a happy day for cannabis at the polls tomorrow. :)
