Smart power meters are now basically surveillance tools. Last week, we said the feds canceled Ole Miss’s cannabis grow deal. Now they claim it’s just “paused” thanks to DOGE’s cost‑cutting order, even though the contract technically runs until 2028. Regardless, they say they only have enough cannabis to last through 2025.. The DEA has a new boss while the judge handling cannabis rescheduling is stepping down. What will this mean for cannabis legalization? I have no idea. I guess we’ll find out. ;)
