The DOJ is cracking down on DEA airport searches after years of sketchy cash seizures. Minnesota cannabis regulators denied two-thirds of social equity license applicants for sketchy or incomplete applications so for those that made it the lottery odds just tripled. Meanwhile, a Nebraska notary got charges dismissed in a case involving medical cannabis petitions, and the state AG is moving forward with election certification for cannabis measures despite ongoing investigations into alleged fraud. So it sounds like medical cannabis will move forward in Nebraska! To think that an important law and the medicine of many was in jeopardy due to an unprofessional notary!
