In Utah, there was a tragic incident involving a wife being accused of killing her husband via fentanyl poisoning. You could say there were communication issues. She didn't disclose taking a life insurance policy on him, while he secretly removed her from his will after suspecting her of poisoning him last Valentine's Day.
