Hi,
Requirements for cannabis dispensaries to be unionized are creating legal hassles. A Rhode Island cannabis retailer is suing the state over a labor clause, paralleling controversies in California where companies face license loss due to ties with a fake union. Meanwhile, a ground breaking UC Berkeley survey discovered that 61% of voters support a regulated legal framework for therapeutic psychedelic use! UC San Diego is exploring DMT’s therapeutic benefits and its impact on mental health, supported by a $1.5M donation. Additionally, a report from Safe Access Now shows the differences in state testing programs and emphasizes the critical need for standardized testing of cannabis. Can’t we get all of the heads of each cannabis state testing program together to have an indoor smoke session and come up with a consistent framework? :)
