An armored truck company is suing California and Kansas sheriff departments along with federal agencies. They acted as legal bandits by robbing, *cough* I mean seizing, cash being transported from licensed dispensaries to legal out-of-state banks. The non-profit Institute of Justice has also brought class-action lawsuits against the DEA and TSA for seizures at airports. And Thailand is on the path to legalization, which would be a spectacular turnaround for a country where cannabis possession can land you 15 years in prison!
