Germany just became the first EU country to establish a compassionate access program for psilocybin, allowing two clinics to treat patients with treatment-resistant depression, while other countries are still debating. New York officials are scrambling to fix a regulatory blunder where cannabis authorities miscalculated distances and accidentally approved 152 pot shops too close to schools, potentially forcing them to relocate unless lawmakers intervene. Meanwhile, Scotts Miracle-Gro CEO says Trump has privately committed "multiple times" since taking office to follow through on marijuana rescheduling, even though his DEA pick hasn't made it a stated priority. Given that Trump’s approval rating is at its lowest during the term, and this is a super popular topic, I’m hoping he does something. ;)
