A federal appeals court ruled that New York’s cannabis licensing process discriminates against out-of-state applicants, which means current license holders may now face challenges following the ruling. A federally funded study of 38K UK adults ages 44 to 81 found users scored better on memory, speed, and problem-solving, and brain scans showed patterns linked to younger brains. Hawaii passed reforms to its medical cannabis program after the patient count fell from 35K to 30K, adding telehealth, capping visit costs, and raising caregiver limits. :)
