California is offering cannabis to terminally-ill patients in hospitals. We expect this to be the first step in getting cannabis to a variety of patients in hospitals. With legalization and interstate commerce around the corner, many worry that craft cannabis companies in newly-regulated states will be drowned by the big budgets and economies of scale of large corporations. And attorney generals of 10 states wrote the Supreme Court to side on allowing monitored injection locations.
