Federal drug officials have authorized testing for fentanyl, paving the way for federal agencies to finally begin fentanyl testing for federally regulated occupations like truck drivers. Missouri’s hemp and cannabis associations are debating and negotiating with the state to consider a bill to reclassify all intoxicating substances derived from hemp as cannabis but making an exception for low thc drinks.. The Trump administration has withdrawn a proposed rule that would have banned menthol cigarettes and flavored cigars. It will be interesting to see if Trump can and will try to save flavored vapes.
