An article we found describes how some mothers who use cannabis, even legally, risk losing custody of their children, despite little evidence of harm to infants! In a big move, California has banned hemp-derived THC products and made a ridiculous 21-year minimum age for hemp CBD purchases. This would hurt the CBD industry but could drive more people to dispensaries.
Both cannabis and alcohol can impair driving but a study found that alcohol users struggle more with controlling their driving speed compared to cannabis users. The joke is that if a cop pulls you over after you’ve been drinking and asks, “Do you know how fast you were going?” you likely were speeding. But if he asks the same question after you’ve used cannabis, it’s probably because you were going too slow ;)
