New York announced their hemp and CBD rules. While Delta-8 isn't allowed, CBD-infused foods and beverages are. Smokable hemp can be sold but it can't be marketed. Silly. We included an article of a lawyer that quotes the DEA in saying that Delta-8 isn't a controlled substance. Also, Central State University received a government grant to research the effectiveness of feeding nutrient-dense hemp grain to rainbow trout. We’ve also got articles on hemp being used for clothing and potentially airplane fuel!
