New York's Attorney General is suing major vape distributors for allegedly selling flavored e-cigarettes such as Elf Bar that appeal to kids. What type of Elves did you think I was talking about? :) In California, authorities are cracking down harder on retailers selling industrial hemp food products, with potential penalties including fines and the suspension or loss of their alcohol licenses. Exciting experiments on mice have shown that cannabidiol (CBD) can boost endurance by reshaping gut bacteria and enhancing muscle performance. I wish they would test CBD on human athletes, but the good news is that this furthers my dream of the Mice Olympic Games. ;)
