Several stores and dispensaries in Los Angeles and the Bay Area, have been targeted by bands of coordinated looters. While the police took action when the retail stores were looted, it seems they sat in their car outside of a San Francisco dispensary until the perpetrators left. We included informative videos of an NBC investigation of Emerald Triangle cannabis officials accused of robbing legal cannabis businesses as well as an ex-police officer. And South Dakota’s courts killed the recent voter-supported, adult-use program over a technicality. On a positive note, the Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania encouraged Pennsylvanians with a cannabis conviction on their record to apply for a pardon immediately. If you know anyone that might know someone with a cannabis conviction on their Pennsylvanian record, please forward this to them. :)
