Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mace (R-SC) introduced a cannabis legalization bill and described how cannabis helped her as a youth get over the trauma of rape.The bill does have some equity provisions. Wholesale cannabis prices have plunged in some areas of California to 50% of what they were last year.
