Hi,
This week, two conflicting studies emerged, one suggesting a link between cannabis and schizophrenia and the other asserting no correlation. The research has been limited, with mixed outcomes. One study even demonstrated that CBD could be as effective as antipsychotic medication in addressing schizophrenia while having less side effects. I haven't encountered any studies about non-psychoactive THCA and schizophrenia, but I've heard anecdotal stories of its potential benefits. That being said, I'm not a doctor, and I don't offer medical advice... unless I've had a few beverages. :)
The House seems hopeful about a revised SAFE Banking Act. It currently has five Republican co-sponsors, but to obtain 60 votes in the Senate, it must convince conservatives that cannabis banking reform is in the public interest and persuade liberal legislators not to insist on tying it to significant penal reform. We'll keep you informed on how this unfolds.
We're also keeping an eye on Trump's stance on cannabis. He recently mentioned cannabis:
“I mean, you see the same studies. It’s not helping people,” Trump said. “I mean, studies are saying that it does damage. It does significant damage—and yet, from a voting standpoint, it’s a pretty popular thing.”
From a political perspective, supporting cannabis might undermine his base, but it could also draw liberals who are skeptical about progress under Biden. Ah, politics. If only we could just vote on laws at a national level and bypass politicians altogether. :)

Thanks and have a magnificent week!

P.S. Apologies for the broken images in past newsletters. Our ex-image host, imgbb.com, deleted years of images without explanation—potentially because of our newsletters' cannabis content...and their meanness. :(
