Last week, Mitch McConnell annoyed consumers, cannabis businesses, banks, and our team by blocking cannabis banking from being attached to the NDAA bill. This increases the risk of robbery for those holding or transporting cash. Unlike others, we took action! We reported an alleged sex tape of Mitch McConnell. The 2% of people that clicked on the link found turtles having sex to 1970s music in the background and several readers complimented our humor. :)

This week, we realized that the other 98% must think that we sent a sex tape to our readers! We just wanted to clarify that it was just some YouTube turtle-loving. Still, we stick to our claim that Mitch McConnell makes love like a turtle. :) I'm not sure if Cory Booker agrees but he's hoping that McConnell abandons his dangerous stance and allows banking to go through in the next couple of weeks during the lame-duck congress.

In New York, illicit cannabis dealers in trucks are telling authorities, “Hey, we aren't selling cannabis. We are accepting donations.” And authorities are replying, “Okay, no problem. And we are only towing your cannabis donation truck due to parking violations.” :) Meanwhile, licensed New York growers are sitting on unsellable cannabis, and dispensary license holders are scrambling for storefront space due to new regulations.

An analysis by NORML shows that states have pardoned or expunged the records of over 2 million people in the last five years! I wish I could give those people 2 million hugs. :)
