Minnesota will soon have the highest possession limit in the nation, allowing residents to possess up to two pounds of cannabis. Given how cold Minnesota winters are, I understand why they would want to stock up and avoid leaving the house. :)

In Oregon, legalization has marginalized medical cannabis patients who relied on specific strains and high THC doses. In California, an inmate recidivism report has drawn criticism for failing to track key metrics as well as long delays to enter programs. I wonder if the US leading the Western World in incineration rates is a result of gross incompetence or a system designed to fail. As a society, I know we can and will do better. :)
